We are excited to share that we have partnered with FAST Heroes! 🦸♀️🦸♂️💙 FAST Heroes is an exciting programme that teaches children how to recognise the warning signs of a stroke and what to do when it happens. Through fun stories, activities and superhero adventures, our learners are learning the FAST message: 🧠 F – Face 💪 A – Arms 🗣️ S – Speech ⏰ T – Time to act! Mom and Dad are absolutely in love and soaking up every second with their precious boy.

On Mrs Steyn's birthday we would like to send a little update on how her boys are doing. They are 4 weeks old already and both doing so well. These strong little boys are passing all their tests with flying colours and are growing bigger by the day ...
Liam is 1430g and Noah is 1360g. Mommy and Daddy get to cuddle every day and big sister, Demi, cant wait to have them all to herself when they get home.
